We understand plans sometimes change. We are pleased to offer guests a full refund up to fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. If you are forced to cancel within 7 days of your arrival, we are unable to offer a refund but will work with you to host you at a different date.

Both the Asher and Fox House have private lake access and steps leading down to the water for swimming, kayaking, paddle boards, etc. On days when the lake is calm, there is often a stretch of beach in front of the Asher and sometimes, the Fox. The amount of beach varies considerably typically between 5-30 feet.

Yes! We permit one dog per stay at the Asher and Fox House with a $250 pet fee. Please refer to our pet policy for more information.

Absolutely! The Asher and Fox House were designed to accommodate multiple families and sets of friends across the houses. Reach out directly for special rates for booking both houses.

We provide olive oil, cracked pepper, and sea salt along with a variety of basic spices. We also provide gourmet whole bean and ground coffee.

For coffee, we have an espresso machine that guests may use for espresso, lattes, and americanos. It takes whole bean coffee. For those who prefer drip coffee, we also have a traditional coffee maker that takes ground coffee. We also provide coffee filters. In the Asher, we also have a Chermix drip coffee pot.

We always do our best to accommodate all requests but can't guarantee either, especially in our busier summer season.

As much as we would love to host large gatherings, due to noise and traffic concerns, no events or large gatherings are permitted.

The Asher has central air-conditioning. The Fox House does NOT have air-conditioning, however, most of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and we provide numerous additional fans to keep the house cool.
